When you become a member of WI-CARH, you gain access to important tools, information, and services. You have opportunities to meet industry leaders. The greatest benefit of becoming an WI-CARH member, however, is that you align yourself with a diverse group of business people involved in every sector of the affordable housing community. WI-CARH members include builders, developers, lenders, management companies, owners, non-profit agencies as well as other companies that supply products to the affordable housing industry. WI-CARH is committed to supporting their goals, CARH's goals, and yours.
CARH Basic Membership Category:For those involved with Rural Housing – Rural Development, Wisconsin Housing & Economic Development Authority, Low Income Housing Tax Credit and other types to include: management companies, owners, developers, equity financiers, lenders, syndicators and nonprofits who develop, own or manage rural housing. Membership Dues are $800 per year plus the sum of educational fees from projects owned, managed, or financed. (Educational fees may be paid from each respective project.)
Rural Housing Educational Fees:In addition to the Basic Membership, there is an additional fee for the projects. Including the projects in your membership allows the projects to receive email notices and information directly. In addition, properties will be added to CARH’s list allowing participation in the Preferred Buyers Program, savings on CARH trainings and meetings, and receipt of the Insights for On-Sites newsletter. If you own 99 units or less, you may only pay the Rural Housing Educational fee. You will receive all of the below named benefits except savings on CARH trainings and meetings.

WI-CARH is happy to announce a membership level of $500 which will still include discounts for lease purchases, trainings, and conferences in Wisconsin. However, it will not provide the national benefits such as the CARH newsletter or discounts to the preferred vendor program.
Basic Membership Benefits ResourcesFor those that provide services to the Rural Housing industry such as accountants, architects, attorneys, computer and software vendors, insurance agencies, market analysis, site inspection services, etc. As an Associate Member, you will increase your visibility among the Affordable Housing property developers, owners, managers, and maintenance. Membership dues are $500 per year.
