WI-CARH TRAINING SESSION "Creating Great Customer Relations"
April 7-8, 2010 at the Crowne Plaza Conference Center, Madison, WI. Two-Day Seminar on Improving Properties Long-Term Profitability & Sustainability with Guest Instructor: Joe Henry, Compliance Solutions, Inc. and USDA Rural Development.
Let's face it, managing your rental properties today is a great challenge. The economy has forced more and more people out of the work force and out of resident-owner status. Although this has increased the need and demand for rental housing, our current and future residents may have problems that need a new appreciation and understanding of how to make our owner-tenant relationship work for the good of both parties.
Join your fellow property owners, managers, compliance specialists and maintenance staff in a lively two days of tips, techniques and problem solving from one of the Midwest's best speakers on the subject, Joe Henry, and Rural Development who will provide training to target and address specific Wisconsin issues. Topics to be covered will not only include customer relations but will concentrate on your properties curb appeal, marketing, collections and how to improve the overall impression and community perception of your properties.
Joe Henry has over 20 years of practical experience managing multi-family developments. His experience in multi-family housing along with his Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology allows a real life approach to regulations and management practices as well as a unique perspective in training others.
Who Should Attend: Property Owners, Property Managers & Staff, Maintenance Staff, Compliance Specialists, Marketing Specialists, Housing Consultants
