Basic Membership Category
For those involved with Rural Housing – Rural Development, Wisconsin Housing & Economic Development Authority, Low Income Housing Tax Credit and other types to include: management companies, owners, developers, equity financiers, lenders, syndicators and nonprofits who develop, own or manage rural housing. Membership Dues are $300 per year plus the sum of educational fees from projects owned, managed, or financed. (Educational fees may be paid from each respective project.)
Associate Membership Category
For accountants, architects, attorneys, computer and software vendors, insurance agencies, market analysis, site inspection services, and other companies that provide services to the Rural Housing industry. As an Associate Member, you will increase your visibility among the Affordable Housing property developers, owners, managers, and maintenance. Membership dues are $300 per year.
