Thank you for attending the 24th Annual WI-CARH Conference. Please mark your calendar for October 24, 2024 for the 25th Annual Conference at the Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells.

Save the Date: April 24-25 for WI-CARH’s Spring Training to be held at the DoubleTree in Madison, Wisconsin.

Join your housing colleagues for the 2024 Spring Training sessions sponsored by WI-CARH.

We are excited to have Gary Kirkman from US Housing Consultants return to Wisconsin to be our featured speaker for two full days. Gary will be spending the first day on the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA). Our second day will be devoted to funding opportunities through the Federal Home Loan Bank-Chicago and continuing Gary’s discussion on topics such as the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), student financial assistance, tenant selection, zero-income applicants, and more.

A detailed agenda will follow but for those who heard Gary’s presentation at the WI-CARH fall conference, you know you will not only get the most up-to-date information on Rural Development and HUD housing regulations, but in an entertaining and interactive setting. Make plans now to attend.

Register now to attend.

Thank you to the Spring Training Sponsors
